When I first came in contact with Avertim,
I was intrigued by Avertim’s unique positioning on the market, the ambitions the company has on the European consulting market, the appetite for innovation, and the strong values of the company. I joined Avertim in 2017 with the aim of developing our Life Sciences activities in the Dutch-speaking life sciences market in Belgium. Since then, we have been able to establish ourselves as a key partner for life sciences companies in the market, with the ambition of continuing our growth in the years to come.
My role as Senior Manager is quite diverse to say the least! Together with our leadership team, I am responsible for defining our company’s strategy for life sciences, to ensure sustainable growth on the group level. I work in close collaboration with our business team to supervise our projects at our clients and we ensure follow-up of our consultants. In addition to that, I am involved in several corporate initiatives, and I support the company’s development abroad in the Netherlands. What I like about my role is that I am able to work with a team of highly motivated and gifted consultants, staff members and colleagues. I feel that our work makes a real impact for our clients.
