It is never easy for young graduates to find their path in the consulting world. Starting from this observation, Avertim has decided to create an integrated path, with a specific recruitment process and selection level to attract the next leaders.
On the one hand graduates are attracted by the diversity of missions and roles that we propose. On the other hand, they can feel alone and misguided when it comes to make the right choice for their future development, either because they are afraid to lose credibility in front of clients or because they feel they have not enough experience to launch a business.
Starting from this observation, Avertim has decided to create an integrated path, with a specific recruitment process and selection level to attract the best candidates. The Leadership Program is divided in different steps. Juniors will have a unique opportunity to discover the client environment via a first consulting project. Later, they are integrated in the HR team and learn how to search and recruit their future consultants. A period in the Support team and in the Solution department is also essential to know our market, client environment, bid-tender processing, and share knowledge with your peers. After one year, they will be trained and coached on the BM role, build their own business plan, and develop their sales and management skills.
All along this experience, the Future Leaders will benefit from a close follow up, with SPOCs, mentors, to make sure they are followed at each step of their career. These are the successful ingredients to build up a trustful relationship - counting on the knowledge sharing to learn from our seniors - and to develop flourishing team.
