To support the growth of our consulting activities in the Belgian market, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist able to support the development of Avertim’s recruitment activities.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for: 

  • Recruiting & alignment with the business: You define the best recruitment strategy in function of the position’s requirements. You are working closely with Business Managers in order to select the best candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews. You are the sparring partner of your candidates throughout their entire journey (from the first contact until the onboarding).
  • HR projects: You continuously improve the HR strategy in taking part in HR projects such as employer branding improvement, salary benchmarking, sourcing strategy optimization...
  • Employer Branding: You participate in events (job fairs, networking events…) to promote Avertim.

Your Background: 

  • A minimum of 1 year' experience in Human Resource or Talent Acquisition
  • A Master’s Degree in either Business, Human Resource, Psychology, or any related topics
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Excellent oral and written communication 
  • Team spirit as well as autonomy
  • You have affinities with Social Media and good computer skills ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
