By working at the Solution Departement,
I was able to get the best overview of the company. After working some months in the Solution Lab on inspiring and useful projects, I had the chance to manage and staff those projects in my role as Solution Officer.
This experience helped me develop my project management skills, now crucial as a consultant on a mission. The Solution Department is here to find innovative ways of working to optimize our processes, supporting business to create qualitative proposals and new services offerings, and maybe my favorite: deliver methodologies, tools and best practices to facilitate consultants’ work on missions.
