Job Description

As a Business Control Manager, you ensure financial steering and operational efficiency across Avertim. You secure contract and PO compliance, monitor budgets, revenue and margins, analyse variances, and guarantee accurate and timely invoicing, reporting, and forecasting.

You coordinate with managers, clients and support functions to align rates, costs, and contractual conditions. Through your analytical approach and process optimisation, you identify risks, improve performance, and support the organisation’s business objectives.

Hi, my name is Mathilde and I joined Avertim through the Leadership Program in 2021.

I started my journey with a first track on a client project, followed by a second track in internal finance. I particularly enjoyed the second track and had the opportunity to stay with the Business Control team, a field I am passionate about. Today, I am responsible for the Energy, Transport, Telecommunications, and Banking Business Units in Belgium, as well as management for Germany.
