Hi, I’m Davide, Senior HR Business Partner at Avertim.

I oversee HR activities for our French operations in Paris. I also provide strategic HR support to our teams in our Frankfurt and Amsterdam offices to ensure alignment with local business goals and compliance with group people practices. At group level, I contribute to key HR initiatives, including the coordination of our annual Performance & Growth process. More broadly, my role focuses on partnering closely with local leadership to drive talent development, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence across all offices.

I started at Avertim in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, primarily focused on recruitment for the Life Sciences BU in Belgium. I then progressed to a Talent Acquisition Manager role at the group level, and later had the opportunity to move to France to broaden my skills. Today, my role has evolved into a generalist position that goes far beyond recruitment.

What I appreciate most is the proximity to stakeholders and the variety of tasks, which challenge me to adapt quickly and solve diverse problems. Avertim offers a collaborative environment where everyone is approachable and ready to help, reflecting our company spirit and commitment to excellence.

Hi, my name is Mathilde and I joined Avertim through the Leadership Program in 2021.

I started my journey with a first track on a client project, followed by a second track in internal finance. I particularly enjoyed the second track and had the opportunity to stay with the Business Control team, a field I am passionate about. Today, I am responsible for the Energy, Transport, Telecommunications, and Banking Business Units in Belgium, as well as management for Germany.

My role involves diverse tasks such as invoicing, cash management, monitoring large projects, and presenting financial results to the board.

What I appreciate most about my role is the daily interaction with my colleagues and the teamwork, which is fundamental in our department. Avertim also regularly organizes activities to foster cohesion, creating a friendly and almost family-like atmosphere.

With a background in pharmaceutical research and a degree in pharmacy, I was eager to apply my scientific expertise in a dynamic consulting environment. Today, I clearly see my role as a two‑way relationship. Hi, I am a Senior Consultant in the Life Sciences sector.

I work primarily at the client site, where I am part of an engineering team. My role is to support equipment validation and lifecycle management. Since joining Avertim, my role has evolved: I have more responsibilities and tasks, which allows me to further develop my skills. I am also a coach for a colleague at Avertim.

Although I spend most of my time at the client, I regularly go to the Amsterdam office. The team there is young, dynamic, and very open: we can easily discuss challenges or ask for help when needed. This collaboration and team spirit are truly motivating. Avertim also puts a strong focus on personal development: I’ve been able to follow certified training courses in addition to the technical skills I developed in my current project.

My Business Manager plays a key role in my growth. Every month, we meet to discuss how I’m feeling, what I need, and to help me prepare for new projects or plan my training. Thanks to this support, I feel guided in my career and encouraged to achieve my goals.

I am Frédéric, and I have been working at Avertim for 8 years.

I started as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst before becoming a Product Owner, where I was responsible for defining requirements, challenging solutions, and overseeing deliverables.

Today, I work as a Program Manager and I support customer in Business and Digital transformation initiatives. My role now focuses more on people management, coordinating and facilitating projects and building trusted relationship between customer, providers and delivery team. Within Avertim, I also had the opportunity to establish a community for Business Analysts, and I am considered an expert in BPM within the company. 

All these roles and past experiences allowed me to gain significant autonomy and responsibility.

Hi, I’m Ingmar and I’ve been part of Avertim since 2017.

I started my journey as a consultant in the life sciences sector. Over time, I advanced to the role of Engagement Manager, where I was responsible for leading both projects and a team of consultants in Germany. More recently, I stepped into the role of Managing Consultant. This position enables me to dedicate more time to my client projects while continuing to oversee the key account for a leading vaccine company in Germany. In this capacity, I tackle complex challenges, such as managing incoming materials—a field that demands close collaboration with various stakeholders within the client organization.

Avertim has been a steadfast supporter of my professional growth, providing opportunities through trainingconferences, and coaching. Hi, I’m Bart and I’ve been part of Avertim since 2015.

As a Principal Consultant at Avertim, I have been responsible for managing client relationshipsleading teams, and acquiring new business. Over the years, my responsibilities have expanded to include internal strategic initiatives, such as the Dali transformation project, allowing me to help shape the company’s direction and expansion.

I am Charlotte, Manager at Avertim in the Transport and Energy sectors.

My role revolves around three key areas: client relationships, to support them in their projects and transformations; people & team management, with a team of more than 20 consultants; and strategy and budget, to align the business unit with Avertim’s vision.

I am also the leader of the Energy Community, an initiative that reinforces my role within the company. I particularly enjoy being able to connect the needs of our consultants and clients with the development of sector-specific expertise.

I joined Avertim three years ago as a Business Manager with a team to build from scratch. Contributing internally
In addition to my operational responsibilities, I am actively involved in Business Unit and corporate initiatives.
