Our Leadership Program for graduates and young professionals is a 24-month rational journey designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of how a consultancy company operates. You’ll gain a 360-degree view of our organization, identify your strengths and interests, and unleash your full potential. Our program is tailored to develop your leadership skills and professional maturity, preparing you to lead high-visibility corporate projects and support our clients in overcoming their challenges.

Rotations

As a Leadership Trainee at Avertim, you’ll embark on a dynamic journey across various functions within our organization. You’ll spend one year on a consulting mission, gaining hands-on-experience and insights.

Additionally, you’ll explore two corporate tracks (each lasting six months) in Finance, Human Resources, Business Management, Sustainability, Marketing & Communication, or Knowledge Management. For those with a global mindset, there’s also the possibility of international rotations in our affiliates. This diverse exposure will equip you with a well-rounded skill set and prepare you for a successful career at Avertim.

Train & develop your skills:

At Avertim, we are committed to investing in your professional development and personal growth. Our Leadership Program offers a personalized onboarding and training path, providing access to both hard and soft skills, training with an emphasis on developing your leadership skills. As a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor (part of our senior leadership team) who will guide you throughout their program and journey at Avertim, ensuring personalized support and growth.
