I am responsible for growing and strengthening our Life Sciences activities in Belgium, working at the intersection of strategy, people, and operations.
My role is built around three core pillars:
Driving business growth & partnerships
I focus on developing new client relationships while deepening existing partnerships. By doing so, I actively contribute to our Business Unit and sector strategy, ensuring strong alignment with Avertim’s Curie‑osity 2028 ambitions and the broader group objectives. The goal is clear: create sustainable value for our clients and position Avertim as a trusted long‑term partner in Life Sciences.
Leading and developing people
People are at the heart of everything we do. I am closely involved in the recruitment of high‑quality consultants and in supporting their career development, performance evaluations, and long‑term growth. Together with the business team, I strive to create an environment where consultants can thrive, take ownership and continuously evolve, both professionally and personally.
Contributing internally
In addition to my operational responsibilities, I am actively involved in Business Unit and corporate initiatives. This includes supporting strategy development at BU level and acting as Business Support Lead for our Life Sciences Community as well as our BPM/OPEX practice, helping shape our offerings and internal ways of working.

Since joining Avertim, my journey has evolved significantly. I started as a consultant to truly understand our clients, the market, and the operational reality. From there, I moved into successive roles as Business Manager, Manager, and today Senior Manager with step driven by impact, ownership, and increasing responsibility.
This growth path reflects what Avertim stands for: trust, tailored development, and long-term career support. Through a combination of personalized coaching and targeted training programs (both hard and soft skills), I was able to grow in line with my ambitions.
