The director’s role combines strategic decision-making, team leadership, and deep industry expertise with a strong consulting mindset. By aligning transformation programs with the client’s strategic vision, Directors help drive sustainable impact. They act as a trusted advisor, coaching consultants, and contributing to Avertim’s growth and thought leadership.

As Country Director for Avertim Belgium, my role is to steer our development strategy, strengthen our market position, and ensure that our teams deliver measurable impact for our clients. Belgium is Avertim’s largest and most mature entity, and my priority is to consolidate our development while reinforcing the operational excellence that has defined our success for over a decade.
A key focus of mine has been the development of our strategic capabilities in our 4 industries :Life Sciences, Energy, Transport and banking & Insurance. By combining strong expertise with hands‑on implementation, we support clients with end‑to‑end transformation programs to produce long-lasting impact.
I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made in expanding our footprint with both long‑standing partners and new strategic accounts. Belgium plays a central role in the group’s collective expertise, leading several initiatives in areas such as AI development program, and sustainability. These capabilities enable us to address clients’ most pressing challenges with approaches tailored to their business realities.
Our growth ambitions are supported by a diverse, high‑performing team. My focus is on attracting top talent, developing our people, and empowering them to take ownership. This culture of accountability, collaboration, and entrepreneurship is one of our strongest assets. It’s what allows us to deliver high‑quality projects while accelerating business development and capturing new opportunities in an evolving market.
