Job Description

As a Senior Consultant at Avertim, you lead key project workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery across engagements. You deepen client relationships through content-driven interactions and actively contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal creation. You coach junior consultants, foster team collaboration, and play a proactive role in onboarding new colleagues. Beyond client work, you contribute to internal knowledge development, support training initiatives, and help shape Avertim’s methodologies. You represent the firm with professionalism and actively engage in corporate and community life.

Hi, I am a Senior Consultant in the Life Sciences sector.

I work primarily at the client site, where I am part of an engineering team. My role is to support equipment validation and lifecycle management. Since joining Avertim, my role has evolved: I have more responsibilities and tasks, which allows me to further develop my skills. I am also a coach for a colleague at Avertim.

Although I spend most of my time at the client, I regularly go to the Amsterdam office. The team there is young, dynamic, and very open: we can easily discuss challenges or ask for help when needed. This collaboration and team spirit are truly motivating. Avertim also puts a strong focus on personal development: I’ve been able to follow certified training courses in addition to the technical skills I developed in my current project.

Hi, I’m Maxime Logist, and I joined Avertim in 2023.

Since day one, Avertim has offered me the space to grow, both professionally and personally, through meaningful projects and a strong support network.

Beyond project work, Avertim has consistently supported my long‑term development. I completed a Master after Master in Industrial Pharmacy at KU Leuven to become a Qualified Person, gaining the regulatory competence to release medicinal products. This additional qualification was fully supported by Avertim as part of its commitment to continuous learning and expertise growth.

Today, I clearly see my role as a two‑way relationship. Avertim provides me with opportunities, perspectives, and challenges that help me grow, while I can, in return, contribute back to the company by sharing my knowledge, supporting internal trainings, and contributing to learning and development initiatives.
