Job Description

As a Manager at Avertim, you focus on achieving business plan objectives and managing client accounts and P&L’s. You ensure business excellence, lead recruitment processes, and manage a team of consultants and at least one Business Manager. You also contribute to company initiatives and knowledge creation.

I am Charlotte, Manager at Avertim in the Transport and Energy sectors.

My role revolves around three key areas: client relationships, to support them in their projects and transformations; people & team management, with a team of more than 20 consultants; and strategy and budget, to align the business unit with Avertim’s vision.

I am also the leader of the Energy Community, an initiative that reinforces my role within the company. I particularly enjoy being able to connect the needs of our consultants and clients with the development of sector-specific expertise.

I joined Avertim three years ago as a Business Manager with a team to build from scratch. As a Manager in the Life Sciences sector,

my role builds on the foundations of the Business Manager position, with a deeper focus on people, business, and strategic responsibilities. Beyond managing my own scope, I also supervise and support a Business Manager, ensuring alignment, continuous development, and strong performance within the team.

My day-to-day responsibilities span client relationships, team management, and business development, with a stronger focus on long-term vision and impact. This role allows me to take more distance, structure priorities at a higher level, and contribute to the growth of both people and activities, always in lign with Avertim’s ambitions.

What I particularly appreciate is the opportunity to go beyond my core role. Being involved in transversal initiatives, such as sustainability projects, gives even more meaning to my work and reflects the values that Avertim stands for.
