Hi, I’m Ingmar and I’ve been part of Avertim since 2017.

I started my journey as a consultant in the life sciences sector. Over time, I advanced to the role of Engagement Manager, where I was responsible for leading both projects and a team of consultants in Germany. More recently, I stepped into the role of Managing Consultant. This position enables me to dedicate more time to my client projects while continuing to oversee the key account for a leading vaccine company in Germany. In this capacity, I tackle complex challenges, such as managing incoming materials—a field that demands close collaboration with various stakeholders within the client organization.

Avertim has been a steadfast supporter of my professional growth, providing opportunities through trainingconferences, and coaching. Along the way, I’ve gained valuable insights, particularly in team management as well as client and project leadership. The company fosters internal mobility and career transitions, which has allowed me to cultivate a broad set of skills across different areas.

I am Frédéric, and I have been working at Avertim for 8 years.

I started as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst before becoming a Product Owner, where I was responsible for defining requirements, challenging solutions, and overseeing deliverables.

Today, I work as a Program Manager and I support customer in Business and Digital transformation initiatives. My role now focuses more on people management, coordinating and facilitating projects and building trusted relationship between customer, providers and delivery team. Within Avertim, I also had the opportunity to establish a community for Business Analysts, and I am considered an expert in BPM within the company. 

All these roles and past experiences allowed me to gain significant autonomy and responsibility.

For me, Avertim is a company with a family-oriented culture and a real sense of teamwork. You feel like you’re never a bother and truly part of a team. Hi, I’m Patrick and I am a Managing Consultant.

With my extensive experience in the life sciences industry as a manager in various companies, and after spending the last 15 years in consulting, joining Avertim was a pleasure. It allowed me to actively contribute to business development and support clients at the core of their activities. The Covid pandemic, for instance, was a significant moment where my role was recognized due to the urgency of the situation. Clients trusted my expertise and my ability to quickly integrate into their organizations, adapting to their culture and processes. Leading teams and projects during missions was very rewarding. Internally, I also enjoyed exploring new areas, coaching junior consultants, and developing trainings, which made each day unique throughout the year.

As an Engagement Manager, my role sits at the crossroads of client delivery, people leadership, and business development.

I lead a multidisciplinary team within a BPM/DPM Center of Excellence, bringing together designers, architects, change specialists, and AI leads. Together, we build the foundations for automation and AI, support data governance, and contribute to major transformation programs.

What I particularly enjoy about this role is its diversity and impact. I stay close to our clients by working on concrete initiatives, while also supporting my team as a coach and facilitator – helping each person grow and find their place. At the same time, I contribute to developing our business by shaping new opportunities and strengthening our offerings.

A key part of my role is fostering collective intelligence – within the team, across peers, and with our clients. By combining our different perspectives and expertise, we tackle complex challenges and continuously improve the way we work, learn, and collaborate.

At Avertim, I’ve found an environment that truly supports this journey. There is a good balance of trust and guidance to grow into people leadership and take on more responsibility. What stands out to me is the entrepreneurial mindset and the strong team spirit, where sharing knowledge and learning from each other comes naturally.
