Job Description

As the L&D Manager, your primary role is to foster the continuous development of all Avertimers. You achieve this by creating and managing diverse learning experiences that enable the continuous development of all Avertim employees to deliver from strategy to operations client services and help Avertim grow through the Horizon 2028 strategy.
Your initiatives include organizing classroom training, lunch & learn sessions, workshops, webinars, bootcamps, e-learning and much more. As a crucial member of the HR team, your projects play an integral role in initiating and advancing the careers of every Avertimer.
