Context

A company in the automotive sector needed support for the launch of its new website and  for the optimization of another car quotation tool

Objectives

    • Manage the launch of a new website for the selling of used cars
    • Optimize a linked online car quotation tool in a similar design
    • Reinforce strong stakeholders management and collaboration within agencies, scope manager, facilitator, business and IT teams

    Our Approach

    • Analyze products, content, context and needs. The new website was a facelift including a new logo and guidelines with a focus on responsiveness, front end, UX design and optimizations (1st stage); then also change requests and a deeper remodeling at back end side (2nd stage)
       
    • Identify internal stakeholders (marketing, used car network, legal) and external partners (agencies), to gather and challenge their inputs/feedbacks in a continuous way
       
    • Collaborate with the scope manager and the facilitator in order to constantly follow timing, budget and IT issues and be the business spoke
       
    • Working Agile (sprints) in the delivery of all project's steps (wireframes, design, development, testing, bug fixing, optimization). Regular specs and output's validation with strong organization skills (workshops, calls and meetings)
       
    • Toolbox: Digital Marketing, Project & Change Mgt, Agile, JIRA, Sharepoint, Basecamp, Office, Analytics, Data Studio, Invision

    Results

    • Launch of the website in due time
    • Integration of the car quotation tool in a similar new design as the website
    • Improvement of the  performance metrics (website tracking)
    • Reinforcement of regular contacts within internal stakeholders and external players that was a key factor to manage relations, changes, delays or unexpected events
