Your Avertim journey starts long before your first day in the company! From the interview phase to your first day, we create rich opportunities for collaboration, and we do our best to make a first good impression with you. This means that onboarding is just the continuation of this familiarisation process. When you start with us, you already know where you stand.
Our HR & administration teams prepare your arrival and make sure you start with all the necessary tools on your first days at the office or on the client site. With welcome packs, introduction modules, "get to know" sessions, individual or collective onboarding sessions, we stay by your side and support you by creating long-lasting bonds. We also offer the opportunity for you to be partnered a buddy, who will guide you during your first months and help you find your path, both on the client side and within our organization.
