Communities
We believe in the power of community to enhance the well-being of our employees, and that's why we've established four vibrant communities: Avertim Sport, AverGame, Avertim'her, and Art’Vertim. These communities, closely aligned with Avertim's mission, offer unique opportunities for connection, personal growth, and enrichment.

Art'Vertim
Created in 2022, Art'vertim represents a community promoting creativity and is dedicated to building stronger connections among individuals and providing a broader perspective on our society, culture, and self-awareness. The array of artistic activities that we curate, including guided tours, art classes, screenings, debates, and conferences, allows individuals to engage in enjoyable experiences, acquire new knowledge, and establish meaningful connections with fellow Avertimers.
Avertim Sport
Created in November 2021, our sports community brings Avertimers together to promote well-being, integrity, and connection through sport. We organize around 9 inclusive activities each year, like football for a cause, padel, Krav Maga, trail runs, and kayaking, while supporting CSR initiatives such as the WAPA tournament and the 20km for TADA. We also share wellness articles with tips from Avertimers on topics like meditation, nutrition, and yoga. Our running club meets weekly and is open to all levels.
Together, we foster a healthy work-life integrity and build strong connections through sport.


Aver'Games
Aver'Game is a community launched in March 2023 to bring Avertimers together through board games and playful activities. We create fun, relaxing moments where colleagues can connect beyond work. Open to all, enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike, we organize 8 to 10 events per year, from in-office sessions to casual outings. Whether you're here to win or just have a laugh, Aver’Game is all about enjoying good times and building great memories.
Avertim'Her
Launched on March 8, 2022, during International Women’s Day, the Avertim Women Community supports women’s careers by fostering leadership, resilience, and an inclusive environment. We organize events throughout the year, ranging from cross-community collaborations to safe spaces for open discussion, and contribute to internal projects aligned with Avertim’s broader HR strategy.

Caring initiatives
Our Prevention Program, launched in 2022, is built around three pillars:
- Workplace well-being, with a focus on ergonomic posture, time management, and the right to disconnect.
- Workplace safety, including accident prevention and updated procedures.
- Psychological resilience, addressing stress, burnout, and harassment.
In 2024, we introduced an Internal Prevention Advisor, revised our emergency plan, and made prevention training part of every new employee’s onboarding. Care Officers are also available to provide confidential support on topics such as work-life integrity, personal challenges, and interpersonal issues.

ALS Liga supports people living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and their families by providing medical, psychological, and practical assistance tailored to their needs. The organization also advocates for increased awareness, research funding, and better policies at both national and European levels.


TADA empowers underprivileged youth in Brussels by offering weekend schools that introduce them to a wide range of professions and life skills through hands-on workshops. Its mission is to foster social inclusion and long-term empowerment by building bridges between these youngsters and engaged role models from society.
Sport dans la Ville promotes the social and professional integration of youth from underserved neighborhoods through free access to sports and personal development programs. It also provides tailored support in education, job readiness, and entrepreneurship to help participants build a better future.
