Context & Objectives 
 

A major Belgian energy player needed support to improve its HR processes: all the processes were in paper format and the medical monitoring software was out of date​.

The objectives were the following:

  • Solving technical problems that affect the use of tools​

  • Defining a target operating mode and a roadmap to achieve it​

  • Launch evolution projects defined by the roadmap

 

Our approach 

  1. Audit the managers to gather the needs/expectations of everyone regarding HRIS.
     

  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and program/control the curative actions, working with the software editor​.
     

  3. Propose future developments on the software in accordance with the needs of managers​.
     

  4. Conduct the implementation of these evolutions (addition of training modules/new substitution function)​.

 

Results

  1. Carrying out curative actions on employee management software​.
     
  2. Update of the medical monitoring software .
     
  3. Realization of a first version of a documentary space where all forms are digitized (15 forms concerned for the 600 employees of the company).
