As a leadership trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company while experiencing up to 6 different challenging functions during a period of maximum 24 months. 


In your rotating program, you will gather in-depth knowledge concerning our business operations ranging from projects to recruitment and business thanks to the 7 different tracks offered during the traineeship. 

Train & develop your skills

We will invest in your professional development and personal growth by offering you a personalized onboarding & training path with access to hard/soft skills training as well as recognized project management certifications. Thanks to this integrated approach, you will be able to easily identify business opportunities, build up offers and develop skills in our corporate functions.

I studied business administration, a very broad field, and had this  "what now" moment. I was interested in many different roles and I really wanted to have a first experience in each of them. I heard about Avertim's Traineeship and that seemed to be the perfect fit for me: a 24-month tailored-made program, experiencing 6 challenging functions, helping me to find THE match. From day one, I managed end-to-end projects and have been on initiatives with lots of responsibilities (Client Newsletter, restructuring of a Coaching Program, ...).
