Rotations:

As a leadership trainee at Avertim, you'll embark on a dynamic journey through various functions within our organization. You'll have the chance to engage in one or more consulting missions, gaining hands-on-experience and insights. Additionally , you'll explore corporate tracks in Finance, Human Resources, Business Management, Sustainability, Marketing & Communication, or Knowledge Management. For those with a global mindset, there's also the possibility of international rotations in our affiliates. This diverse exposure will equip you with a well-rounded skill set and prepare you for a successful career at Avertim.

Train & develop your skills:

Our Leadership Program offers a personalized onboarding and training path, providing access to both hard and soft skills, training with an emphasis on developing your leadership skills. As a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor (part of our senior leadership team) who will guide them throughout their program and journey at Avertim, ensuring personalized support and growth.
