Hi, I'm Camille and I work in Avertim's Knowledge department.
In this department, my focus lies on Learning & Development (L&D). My role includes creating and organizing training courses, as well as developing the company's knowledge culture.
Since I started as a consultant, my career path has evolved considerably. I held a hybrid position before concentrating fully on L&D, which enabled me to get out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges.
What I appreciate most about Avertim is its dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The trust is mutual: I trust the company with my development, and Avertim entrusts me with important responsibilities. I'm listened to and my ideas are valued.
