Hi, I'm Davide, HR Generalist at Avertim.
I hold a varied and cross-functional role. On the "hard" side, I handle aspects such as administration, contracts, labor law, and work closely with BU managers in France and Belgium. On the "soft" side, I am responsible for recruitment, onboarding, annual evaluations, and HR coordination. My role allows me to collaborate with candidates, department heads, top management, and business teams, making my days rich in interactions.
I started at Avertim in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, primarily focused on recruitment for the Life Sciences BU in Belgium. I then progressed to a Talent Acquisition Manager role at the group level, and later had the opportunity to move to France to broaden my skills. Today, my role has evolved into a generalist position that goes far beyond recruitment.
What I appreciate most is the proximity to stakeholders and the variety of tasks, which challenge me to adapt quickly and solve diverse problems. Avertim offers a collaborative environment where everyone is approachable and ready to help, reflecting our company spirit and commitment to excellence.
