After obtaining my Master’s degree in Management,
I was looking for a human-sized company, where I could grow quickly and rapidly take on new responsibilities. Three years ago, I chose Avertim because of the trust, support and empowerment it offers to its employees. I started as a recruiter with the mission of strengthening the synergies between the HR department and the business managers.
Today, as Talent Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of not only consultants within our different business units, but also our leadership trainees. I also have the opportunity to coach a team of motivated and talented recruiters. Together, we have the shared mission of attracting top talent and offering them an unforgettable candidate experience. We are also working on corporate initiatives, such as building strong relationships with well-known European universities and the development of a Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise.
My transversal function enables me to work closely on a daily basis with Avertimers from our different European offices, such as business managers, consultants, leadership trainees and internal staff members. It allows me to always be in contact with people who come from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
