I joined Avertim over 5 years ago,
in the Life sciences department, with the aim of developing my skills and allowing Avertim to be visible to new customers. During this time, Avertim’s corporate and collaborative vision has offered me the possibility to discover other professions, other sectors and cultures through the diversity of our consultants.
As a Senior Consultant, I have improved my skills, shared them during training sessions and contributed to the onboarding program deployed in the company. I have identified real motivation and I have also started being recognized as an expert by the client and I am intrigued by the idea of facing new challenges.
