I am Frédéric, and I have been working at Avertim for 6 years.

I started as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst, then became a Product Owner, where I was responsible for defining requirements, challenging solutions, and overseeing deliverables. These roles allowed me to gain significant autonomy and responsibility.

Today, I am a Senior Lead Consultant. I had the opportunity to establish a community for Business Analysts, and I am considered an expert in BPM within the company. My role now focuses more on people management than on delivering outputs.

For me, Avertim is a company with a family-oriented culture and a real sense of teamwork. You feel like you're never a bother and truly part of a team. You're not just a number—you feel supported and close to top management. There's a strong emphasis on well-being, both at work and outside of it. Health and sports are encouraged, as is work-life balance, ensuring that employees are not overwhelmed or required to work overtime.

What has enabled me to grow is the trust Avertim has always placed in me. I’ve been entrusted with meaningful and concrete projects that have helped me acquire key skills such as delegation, team motivation, and negotiation.
