I feel connected with other consultants,
At Avertim, a lot of events are planned to keep everyone in touch with each other. Mutual support through coaching or mentoring is promoted within Avertim. We also keep a close link with the company via our manager. I have several projects in parallel, but I also give advice or support to other consultants for their own projects. This is a great part of my job!
A consulting manager doesn’t need a tool; they need advice and some to challenge their ideas. Even with more than 20 years of experience, it’s important to get an outsider’s perspective. There is a real training program at Avertim but the best way to learn is to exchange with other consultants and work together, for example in the Solution Lab.
