Hi, I'm Maxime Logist, and I joined Avertim in 2023.
Since day one, Avertim has offered me the space to grow, both professionally and personally, through impactful projects and a strong support network.
With a background in pharmaceutical research and a degree in pharmacy, I was eager to apply my scientific knowledge in a dynamic environment. Avertim immediately stood out for its human-centric culture and opportunities in the life sciences sector. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported.
Based in Brussels, I benefited from tailored onboarding, training sessions, and mentorship that helped me gain confidence quickly. I now work on-site at leading pharmaceutical companies in Flanders, where I contribute to process improvement, regulatory projects, and cross-functional initiatives, often collaborating with fellow Avertimers.
Beyond the project work, I’ve been encouraged to pursue an additional academic degree to become an Industrial Pharmacist. This balance between client engagement and long-term development is what I value most. The flexibility Avertim offers has also allowed me to continue my passion for orienteering, something I deeply appreciate.
The culture here is open, energetic, and focused on growth. Regular team events, knowledge-sharing moments, and an emphasis on work-life balance make Avertim more than just a workplace; it’s a community.
Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve grown as a consultant, gained new perspectives, and built lasting friendships. I’m excited for what’s next in this journey with Avertim.
