Starting as a Business Manager,
Meant accepting a steep learning curve but I, of course, had the full support of the whole management team of Avertim to achieve my ambitions. With an ever-changing agenda, centred around the human aspect, business development and team management, I quickly discovered that flexibility would be key.
I started with supporting the current client portfolio by connecting the dots on the human and the business side, so I could create my network and my own client portfolio. Step by step, the responsibilities grew with account management activities and the recruitment and management of an expert team. I also discuss new projects with several clients across time zones. Every day, new challenges arise with stimulating timelines and intriguing projects.
I truly love my job, thanks to all the variety, the "work hard play hard" mentality, the responsibilities, the management of all ongoing projects and the clear career paths within the company.
