I have been working for Avertim for three years now,
In the marketing & communication department. What I like is the daily challenge and the entrepreneurial side of my job. We always need to reinvent ourselves and be proactive. The job itself is really varied and allows me to constantly develop various projects while being supervised by management that actually listens and motivates me. I would say that my favourite part of my job is the fact that no two days are the same; the multiple contact I have with departments and consultants, and the fact that I am learning every day, are all really rewarding.
