As an Engagement Consultant you are recognized by clients as a trusted advisor and you succeed to manage a team of consultants. Besides, you actively contributes to business development & business strategy, by developing proposal content, new clients and creating job desks.
I’m Théo and I'm an Engagement Manager at Avertim France.
My role is centered around three key areas: Projects, Business, and People/Knowledge. I carry out assignments for clients, primarily in the banking sector, focusing on HR transformation and digitalization projects. At the same time, I contribute to the firm’s commercial development by identifying new opportunities and supporting consultants on the projects I secure. I also mentor and train my colleagues to help them develop their skills.
Since joining Avertim in 2022 as a Senior Consultant, my responsibilities have evolved significantly. I’ve adopted a more commercial approach and now play a leadership role with the consultants. What I enjoy most is the satisfaction of my clients, the pleasure of sharing my knowledge, and the challenge of winning new projects.
Avertim has supported my growth through targeted training, such as leadership development, and regular exchanges with other Engagement Managers to share experiences. I’ve made great strides in leadership, time management, and business development.
