Context
A global pharmaceutical company headquartered in the US selected Veeva for its new marketing & sales cloud application (PromoMats). The European organization was looking for support to implement the tool in the 11 local affiliate countries which all experienced different situations and expectations.
Objectives
- Support before, during, and after the roll-out
- Collect specifications and concerns per country and liaise with IT to adapt the process
- Ensure that Veeva PromoMats is understood and accepted by all EU affiliates and support training

Our Approach

- Cluster countries based on situation (existing tool, paper-based, etc.)
- Strategy and planning for the roll-out
- Mapped current WoW
- On-site meetings and info-sessions before the roll-out (change management) to collect concerns and specific expectations
- Liase with central IT in the US for technical configuration
- Run testings together with IT and key users
- Support improve training organization
Results
- 11 went live successfully
- Great adoption and satisfaction of users thanks to dedicated affiliate support and change management
- 7 countries switched form Zinc to Veeva, 4 form paper to Veeva
