Objectives
- Align management requirements to company Vision
- Define To-be management profiles and confirm profile gaps
- In a 1st stage, apply an approach to Board and Top-2500 managers
Our Approach
Split management in 3 groups:
Board of Directors (ExCom)
- Top-250 management (central)
- Top-2300 management (areas)
- Process implementations and refinements
- Migration & testing approach
A similar approach for the 3 groups:
- Define and validate QCI-questionnaire (with additional company-specific questions)
- Hold an online survey
- Analyze results and extract trends and profiles
- Organize workshops to discuss survey results and output
- Confirm As-Is profile types
- Define To-Be profiles
- Perform a Gap analysis for To-Be roadmap
- Agree on phased action plan to close the existing profile gaps
- Define communication strategy
Results
- Board buy-in after their involvement in Board questionnaire & workshop
- Different management profiles defined, centrally as well as area-specific
- Gap analysis performed
- Communication plan ready for roll-out
- Action plans for the different management layers ready for roll-out
