Hi, my name is Victoria and I joined Avertim two and a half years ago.
Since then, my role has evolved significantly. I started as a Confirmed Consultant, then progressed to Senior Consultant, and now I am a Lead Consultant. My role has become more strategic, as I am the main point of contact for the client and work closely with the Business Managers. Initially, I worked as a PMO, but now I am a Project Lead with increased responsibilities, including supporting other consultants.
What I enjoy most about my role is the variety of assignments and the trust placed in me. I also have the opportunity to train consultants and contribute to diverse projects. Avertim has supported my professional growth in many ways. I have participated in training programs tailored to my career, focusing on project management and change management. Additionally, I benefited from mentorship through the Boost program, which helped me better define my professional goals and address career-related questions.
Avertim has also allowed me to join internal communities where I can work on topics I am passionate about and specialize in areas that interest me, for example the 3PM Practice.
Looking ahead, what excites me most about Avertim is its international expansion. This opens up new opportunities to work on projects abroad, which is particularly exciting for me as it allows further diversification of my professional journey.
