The Manager focuses on achieving business plan objectives and managing client accounts and P&L’s. They ensure business excellence, lead recruitment processes, and manage a team of consultants and at least one Business Manager. They also contribute to company initiatives and knowledge creation.
Hi, my name is Axel, I'm a Manager in the Life Sciences sector.
my role is divided into three main areas:
1) Business Development and Account Management
2) Team Management of consultants and business development team (recruitment, career development, performance evaluations,…)
3) involvement in Business Unit and Corporate initiatives - Supporting strategy development on BU level, acting as Business Support Lead for our Life Sciences Community and for our BPM/OPEX practice.
Since joining Avertim, my role has evolved significantly. I started as a consultant to understand the market, then progressed to Business Manager, and ultimately Manager, by achieving my objectives. This progression reflects Avertim's support in career advancement, offering tailored training programs - both hard and soft skills - and personalized guidance to grow according to my ambitions.

I am Charlotte, Manager at Avertim in the Transport and Energy sectors.
My role revolves around three key areas: client relationships, to support them in their projects and transformations; people & team management, with a team of more than 20 consultants; and strategy and budget, to align the business unit with Avertim’s vision.
I am also the leader of the Energy Community, an initiative that reinforces my role within the company. I particularly enjoy being able to connect the needs of our consultants and clients with the development of sector-specific expertise.
I joined Avertim three years ago as a Business Manager with a team to build from scratch. Today, I work part-time to balance my career with my passion for horseback riding, which has taken me to the Paris Olympic Games. Thanks to Avertim’s flexibility and trust, I have been able to adapt my responsibilities while achieving my goals.
