Job Description

The Senior Manager participates in business unit strategy and holds P&L responsibility, aiming to achieve business plan objectives. They ensure business excellence within their team, lead talent management projects, and manage multiple Business Managers. They also co-create recruitment strategies, engage in corporate projects, and lead knowledge creation initiatives.

I’m Catherine, a Senior Manager in the Life Science Sector.

My role is built around three main pillars: recruitment, where I approve candidates in the final stages; business, which involves prospecting, creating offers, and defining strategies; and management, where I support consultants and Business Managers in their development and projects.

My journey at Avertim has been fast-paced and highly rewarding. I started with a Leadership Program and then progressed to roles as Business Manager, Manager, and finally Senior Manager. At every step, I was supported and encouraged to exceed my goals.

What I love most at Avertim is the family-like, collaborative atmosphere combined with high ambitions and solid resources. The Life Sciences sector, dynamic and meaningful, also inspires me greatly.

Avertim has helped me grow through training, constant support, and diverse opportunities. Here, we enjoy the flexibility of a smaller company, combined with expertise and high-value projects, in an environment where everyone can truly make a difference.

I’m Alexia, a Senior Manager at Avertim.

My primary role is to guide and mentor Junior Business Managers to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I lead a team of talented consultants and guide them through complex projects, fostering their growth, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients. Additionally, I actively participate in the board to contribute to the company’s strategic decisions.

My journey at Avertim has been an incredibly enriching one, shaped by continuous learning, growth, and the unwavering support of a company that truly values its people. Starting my career as a consultant, I had the opportunity to explore diverse sectors over four years, honing my expertise and building strong foundations as Project Manager in Digital. Transitioning into a Business Manager role was a pivotal moment, allowing me to combine my technical knowledge with leadership and strategic thinking.

What I value the most about Avertim is the culture of support and ambition. From the beginning, Avertim recognized my aspirations and provided me with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to achieve them. This environment has not only empowered me to grow as a leader but also instilled a deep sense of responsibility to create the same supportive atmosphere for my team.
