Hi, I’m Cristina and I joined Avertim as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

I started with a role in the Life Sciences department and later evolved into a role as HR Business Partner. In January 2024, I was able to transition into marketing and currently hold the position of Events Coordinator and Care Officer. This shift reflects Avertim's openness to career mobility and development, allowing me to focus on event organization, a field I have always been passionate about.

In my current role, I manage all company events, whether internal or external, physical or virtual, and I oversee the communications related to these events. I particularly enjoy the variety of tasks and the satisfaction of seeing the direct impact of my work, which contributes to employees' well-being. The recognition I receive from colleagues makes this role incredibly rewarding.

Avertim has also greatly supported my professional development by offering external training in event management. Over the time that I have been working at Avertim, I have gained skills in communication, negotiation, public speech and project management.

What I appreciate about Avertim's culture is the gender-balanced environment and the accessibility of management.
