Job Description
The Business Manager drives business growth by achieving turnover through business development, margin, and headcount objectives. They build and maintain client relationships, ensure adherence to internal and client processes, manage their client P&L and recruit their own team. Additionally, they manage consultants to ensure high satisfaction and retention, and actively participate in company initiatives and knowledge sharing.

As a Business Manager in the Life Sciences sector,
my role revolves around three key pillars: recruitment, management and business development. The versatile nature of this position allows me to engage with various aspects of the business while maintaining close relationships with my consultants.
This is my first job as a junior professional, and in a short time, I’ve seen my responsibilities grow very quickly. I started with a small team and I’m now managing more and more consultants as time goes by. This position has enabled me to develop strong skills in people management, prioritization, and project follow-up. I enjoy the objectives and KPIs that structure my work and keep me motivated every day.
