Project Analyst

You will take part in assignments with significant business exposure while supporting your senior colleagues who lead the project. You will build your experience on a wide variety of challenging roles and will be in charge of supporting the project-solving effort.

Consultant

As a consultant, you will develop specialized knowledge and coach the junior team members. You will work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their issues and work alongside them to develop and make solutions happen. You will also be involved in every phase of a consulting contract, from the proposal to its final implementation.

Senior Consultant

As a senior, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects and will lead the entire project scope, including the project's team oversight. You will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence. You will actively manage the client relationship and ensure the quality of deliverables. You will also participate in business development efforts, ranging from prospecting new clients to the preparation of sales materials and proposals. Furthermore, you will act as a coach for other consultants.

Consulting Manager 

As a consulting manager, you will take full ownership of one or several projects concurrently and will manage client relationships independently. You will structure the full scope of your project and will define its specific framework. You will also lead the project team by guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery while ensuring total client satisfaction. You will play a prominent role in business development as well as developing junior colleagues through coaching programs.

Principal Consultant 

The principals are recognized as reference people and share their expertise between the business development activities and the management of complex projects. As a principal, you will drive Avertim business, develop existing client relationships and forge new ones by delivering innovative and efficient solutions. You will also have internal roles both in firm-building initiatives and in developing Avertim's colleagues through mentorship. Finally, you will represent the company in various business platforms, conferences, and seminars through speeches and publications.
