In a customer driven world, with its ever shifting demands, companies are constantly on the move, making amendments and adapting their organizations. Change management is key to the success or failure of a project, whether it involves a small or big change.
Change Management (CM) is applied when project changes require a large number of employees to make a significant behavioral change, necessitate a market alteration with possible negative impact in the daily work of employees, or the cost of failing the changes is not acceptable.
Avertim's methodology consists of 4 steps:

DIAGNOSE
All scope-related requirements are defined, and the Burning Platform is established. Critical Success Factors are defined, showing that keeping the current situation is not an option

ENGAGE & LEARN
The organizational direction is clarified and broadcasted throughout the organization. The Change Management team is confirmed, and key resources, which will function as Change Champions are identified.

IMPLEMENT
The targeted changes are implemented in a general CM project mode.

EMBED & GROW
Continued follow-up on the change process and the Critical Success Factors. Specifically targeted CM actions can occur.
