Choose the right methodology considering the size of the projects, their complexity, their criticality, the business environment but also the culture of the company. Prince2, PMI, P3O, even Agile or Lean, there are many methodologies. Not easy to make a choice. Especially since most of the time, 100% of a methodology is not necessarily useful or applicable. It is often necessary to partially combine several methodologies.
Avertim’s methodology is flexible and modular, and fits the specific needs, the organizational structure and the maturity of each client.
Our methodology consists of 5 steps:
PROJECT INITIATION
Define the scope and Business Case of the project, putting in place the Governance & Communication structure, and defining the main milestones.
PROJECT DESIGN
Establishing a detailed planning, define the testing approach, provide the Resource Plan (profiles & competencies), determine the Quality KPIs, and establish Risks & Mitigation plans.
PROJECT EXECUTION & TESTING
Ensure that during implementation, the delivery of the solution is in line with the business requirements & quality expectations.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Signing off on the delivery, demonstrating that the KPIs have been obtained, and the deviations have been documented.
TRANSITION
Switching from project to service mode by performing a full handover to the operational teams.
